This program is designed for primary care physicians, dietitians, nurses, certified diabetes educators, and other healthcare professionals with an interest in diabetes.

  • By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
    Identify the 2016 ADA Standards of Care for classifying, diagnosing, preventing, and treating patients with diabetes
  • Describe the basis of Continuous Glucose Monitor technology
  • Discuss current and emerging pharmacological treatments for type 2 diabetes
  • Define the relationship between diabetic kidney disease and coronary artery disease

The program is taking place at the same time as our Diabetes Expo which is free and open to the public from 10am-4pm. Be sure to visit the show floor during the break or after the CME program concludes at 1pm.
