Carolyn Turek, MA, is a fourth year clinical psychology doctoral candidate at DePaul University. She joined the University of Chicago Medicine Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry as a pediatric psychology extern in July 2017. As a member of the Kovler Diabetes Center Health and Wellness Team, Carolyn enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults to determine the best ways for families to manage diabetes, reduce stress, and engage in health-promoting behaviors.
