Eve Nguyen, M.S. is currently a Clinical Psychology Ph.D. student at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. This year, Eve joins the team at Kovler Diabetes Center at the University of Chicago in the department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry as a psychology extern. Her research interests focus on designing technologically and CBT driven interventions to improve medication adherence and health-related quality of life among children with chronic health diseases. She is excited to work interprofessionally with the diabetes team to administer individually delivered, empirically supported interventions for issues related to psychosocial adjustment and adherence to enhance patients’ self-management of diabetes.
